Ronnie is originally from Detroit, Michigan but has been living in California for over 13 years. He moved here looking to find a place to begin his new life in addiction recovery. His first job in the substance abuse treatment field was at a well-known Malibu treatment facility where he worked for 8+ years. It was at this facility that he realized that working with individuals who were seeking recovery and looking to live a life free from alcohol and drugs was to be his calling. It was there that he became CATC-I certified and decided to make this field his life's work. Since then he has worked as a group facilitator as well as a sober coach for many private clients.
Ronnie's belief system is that anyone seeking recovery should be met right where they are. They should have the opportunity to work through their issues alongside people who people who know what they are going through and can show them a different way.
Born and raised on the east coast, Mary's career began in the telecommunications field which involved traveling the world in various Sales and Marketing positions. Completing her first Master's in Organizational Behavior from Johns Hopkins University, Mary was able to consult for Fortune 100 companies. After 20 years in Corporate environ
Born and raised on the east coast, Mary's career began in the telecommunications field which involved traveling the world in various Sales and Marketing positions. Completing her first Master's in Organizational Behavior from Johns Hopkins University, Mary was able to consult for Fortune 100 companies. After 20 years in Corporate environments, Mary returned to her passion that of studying psychology and human behavior.
With both a Masters and Doctorate in Psychology, Mary established a private practice concentrating on addiction and recovery. For the past 20 years Mary has been focusing on assisting others with their mental health challenges and their sobriety. Her almost 20 years of sobriety provides the foundation with which to build upon her commitment to guiding others towards the self-understanding they expressly desire.
Mary comes from a large family and maintains close connections with her expansive tribe in the Maryland/DC area. She enjoys being outdoors, being around animals and learning about the resiliency of the human spirit.

He began as a Counselor at Rise Recovery Community and since has worked extensively with troubled adults and adolescents struggling to overcome addictive behaviors.
Drew has the distinction of surviving extreme trauma, violence and homelessness. He possesses the firsthand knowledge of the commitment and focus that is required to reinvent oneself when one's life becomes unmanageable, or has been violently interrupted. His personal experience combined with his training makes him uniquely qualified to guide troubled clients through the process of reclaiming their lives.
